Fair Play & Certified RNG
All game outcomes on kkbdd are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party studios. kkbdd does not interfere with game results.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kkbdd will never ask for your password. You must notify kkbdd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Governing Law

1. Eligibility
1Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use kkbdd. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. kkbdd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified. If it is discovered that a player is under the age of 21, all winnings will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and the account will be permanently closed.
2Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kkbdd is lawful in your country or region of residence. kkbdd makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. If you access kkbdd from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and kkbdd accepts no liability in this regard.
3Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering a kkbdd account. This includes your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Account Registration and Management
1One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account with kkbdd. Opening or operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkbdd reserves the right to close all related accounts and, at its absolute discretion, to withhold funds associated with any such accounts pending investigation.
2Account Security and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kkbdd account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kkbdd will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact kkbdd support immediately via the platform's live chat or email at [email protected].
3KYC Verification
kkbdd reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of funds to the originating payment method.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
1Accepted Payment Methods
kkbdd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkbdd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. kkbdd does not charge a transaction fee for deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile payment provider may apply their own service charges.
2Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on kkbdd is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however kkbdd reserves the right to request additional verification for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits are credited to your kkbdd account balance within seconds of confirmed payment from your mobile wallet.
3Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements being met. kkbdd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the same business day. kkbdd reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request is flagged for review under kkbdd's internal risk management procedures.
4Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in respect of a kkbdd deposit is a material breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated against a kkbdd transaction, kkbdd reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account pending investigation and to recover any funds disbursed as a result of fraudulent or disputed transactions, including by offsetting future withdrawals.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
1General Bonus Terms
From time to time, kkbdd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a Promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that Promotion only.
2Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific terms of each Promotion. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Wagering on certain game categories (for example, low-margin table games) may contribute less than 100% toward fulfilling a wagering requirement; the applicable contribution rates will be stated in the Promotion terms.
3Bonus Abuse
kkbdd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if kkbdd determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, collusion, or any other strategy designed to exploit a Promotion in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Account closure may follow where bonus abuse is confirmed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
1Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kkbdd: (a) providing false registration information; (b) operating more than one account; (c) using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform; (d) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting lines; (e) engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform; (f) attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; (g) accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
2Consequences of Breach
Where kkbdd determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, kkbdd may, at its sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; (b) void all pending bets or game rounds; (c) withhold or forfeit any balance, bonus, or winnings in the account; (d) report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. kkbdd's decision in such matters is final.
3Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you become aware of or suspect any fraudulent activity, collusion, or technical exploitation occurring on the kkbdd platform — whether involving your account or any other account — you are encouraged to report this to kkbdd's support team at [email protected] or via the platform's live chat feature. Reports will be treated confidentially.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the kkbdd platform — including but not limited to the kkbdd brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and any other materials made available through the platform — is the exclusive property of kkbdd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any kkbdd content without the prior written consent of kkbdd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkbdd platform for personal, recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, systematically download, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from the platform in bulk, nor any right to use kkbdd's trademarks or brand assets in any commercial context.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkbdd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services. kkbdd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkbdd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kkbdd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond kkbdd's reasonable control. kkbdd will take commercially reasonable steps to minimise disruption to the platform and to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage.
8. Responsible Gaming
kkbdd is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly intended for adult entertainment and is not a means of generating income. kkbdd provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
kkbdd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or extended periods of account inactivity. Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kkbdd is licensed and operates. Nothing in this clause shall limit kkbdd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of any breach or threatened breach of these Terms by you.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of kkbdd, you must first contact kkbdd's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 calendar days for kkbdd to investigate and respond to your complaint before pursuing any other remedy. kkbdd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days.
